Clinical studies demonstrate the usefulness of Omega 3 fatty acids for cardiovascular health and skin as well as maintaining the mobility of the joints. The Flax Seed Oil (oil of linseed) is an ideal substitute for people who are allergic to fish oil, it provides 60% A-linolenic acid (about twice the amount of Omega 3 fatty acids per gram as opposed to fish oil).
A-linolenic acid is converted by the body into omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oils (EPA and DHA), depending on the needs of the body. As a necessary nutrient, alpha-linolenic acid is needed in large quantities for the body but because it is very unstable, we cannot be always sure as to how much is obtained through our diet. Lamberts Flax Seed Oil is cold pressed to ensure the quality of nutrients. It is also a useful source of linoleic acid, the other main essential fatty acid that our diet should provide us with.
• Plant source omega 3.
• The capsule shell and vitamin E protect the Omega 3 from oxidation.
• It is tasteless.
Dosage: 1 to 3 tablets per day.

VITABIOTICS E-EPA 60 caps
It is now well known that the omega 3 fish oils found in fish especially oily fish from cold waters have many health benefits. The active ingredient in fish oils is EPA which has been shown to maintain mental and cardiovascular health. Our diets are generally considered to be deficient in EPA.
Lamberts - Pure Fish Oil 1100mg (Epa), 60 / 120 / 180 caps (Ω3) - 120 CAPS
Providing 700mg of Omega 3’s per capsule
These capsules contain a concentrated fish oil which provides a full 700mg of Omega 3’s per capsule, (many 1000mg fish oil products contain just 350mg of Omega 3’s). This means that this product is one of the strongest available in the UK and is therefore widely recommended by practitioners. The fish oil undergoes a sophisticated purification process that ensures it is largely odour free, with levels of contaminants well below the strict EU maximum limits. The oil is then protected from oxidation while it is in the capsules by the inclusion of natural vitamin E.
