Folic Acid Tablets (or Vitamin B9) is known to have many beneficial factors from being a digestive aid to hearty health and pregnancy support.
With regards to pregnancy, folic acid tablets should be taken three to six months prior to pregnancy and then throughout the pregnancy trimesters until the end of the 12th week of pregnancy.
